Major is located at University of Toronto St. George Campus area. It is right at the hustle and bustle of downtown core.  The area is also the home of many scholars, professors, students who study or have academic activities at UfT.

The property itself has some defects which turned home buyers away.  We purchased it at a well below market price after it had been sitting on the market for more than 70 days which is very long comparing to an average Days On Market of 21 days at that time.

We did a solid two-month makeover renovation.  It was baseboard heated. We added a complete HVAC system. We added two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Room layout were changed to make it more functional. The house was professionally furnished for short term and long term stay.
