AT International Capital Inc. was founded by Helen Xu and Angie Zhou, two first generation Chinese immigrants came to Canada with nothing.   From rags to riches, they became self-made millionaires through investing in real estate.

The company's full name is Arctic Tern International Capital Inc.  It is named after Arctic Tern, the bird that migrates the farthest in the world.  A record-breaking tern could fly as far as 3 million kilometers over its lifetime, the rough equivalent of four round trips to the moon. 

Like the tern bird, Angie and Helen traveled far from their home land to Canada seeking their dreams.  They  overcame mountains of challenges,  built substantial wealth, and deeply rooted in their new Toronto home.  

 Audacity, resilience and stamina are the cornerstone of our company. 

Today we strive to use our experience and expertise to expedite our partners to great wealth.
