MacDonell Ave

MacDonell Ave is at the heart of Parkdale, Toronto Ontario Canada, a transitional neighbourhood that is at the later stage of gentrification.

Its proximity to Toronto downtown core, and traditional Canadian neighbourhood with decent front and backyard, huge interior living spaces attracts high paying professionals to raise their family there.  Many condo development projects are going on nearby, which makes owning a house with its own private lot very appealing for future appreciation.

 Macdonell Ave was a distressed semi detached house purchased in 2017.  We completely redesigned the interior of the house from wall to wall with a full permit.  It went through extensive renovation from layout, plumbing, electrical wiring to HVAC system.  

With Toronto being one of the most expensive cities in the world, owning a house becomes far-fetched even for local high paying professionals.  We added a basement suite with its separate entrance as a mortgage helper to support young families to fulfill their home ownership dreams.

MacDonell was sold in Spring 2018.
